A coalition of 24 states, led by New York, filed a lawsuit to block President Trump's new 15% global tariffs, arguing they are an illegal end-run around a recent Supreme Court decision. A federal judge has already ordered the government to begin refunding $130 billion from Trump's previous tariffs.
